It has been widely acknowledged that an increase in anthropogenic activity will put an ever-increasing pressure on the global and regional resources. Particularly in the South Pacific, where the resources are limited compared to large continents. The delicate relationship between the ecological systems of the Pacific makes these resources often scarce that are getting depleted at a faster rate than it is being recovered by the natural systems. Logging is an example of such an activity, which has dramatically increased as a direct consequence of the rising populations (For example, Solomon Islands). Indigenous people of the Pacific damaged many landscapes and habitats upon settlement. Deforestation (linked to logging) was a major disturbance on the islands of the South Pacific. We identified the affected components of most influential components in both type of perturbations. We combined all the four environmental conditions to construct the network of the most influential components with downstream targets. On these networks we mapped druggable proteins and cancer associated genes. Under inactivating perturbations, we obtained the network of PI3K, EGFR, PP2A, GRK and CaM (Figure 7A). Under activating perturbations, we obtained the network of influential components i.e. EGFR, IL1_TNFR, ERK, SHP2, RKIP, Ras, Gbg_i, Fak, Integrins, and PP2A (Figure 7B). The ranking of these components based on number of affected components is shown in Table 4. We observed that the EGFR is affecting most number of components under activating as well as inactivating perturbations. Interestingly, EGFR is a validated drug target for cancer [34]. The other influential components such as PI3K, ERK, and Ras have been previously explored in multiple cancer types. Thus we see that there are no proper delegation of work between the managers of the company and thus the overall allocation and delegation of work is not appropriate and not up to the mark for the efficiency of the company and its functioning(Gartland, 2017). No proper allocation of cost It can be seen that there are not proper cost drivers defined that might be effecting the overall allocation of cost between various departments and this is eventually effecting the overall profit of the company. It is also important that there must be proper methods for recruitment of the management of the company so that it is not affecting the company and its efficiency. The overall responsibility of the managers must be properly defined and proper methods must be given for overall management of the inventory of the company and its overall assets.
